We are looking for a Senior React Developer to help lead the development of dynamic web applications, shape our front-end architecture, and mentor our growing engineering team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable front-end applications using React.js (and optionally Next.js).

• Architect reusable UI components, state management patterns (e.g., Zustand, Redux, Context API), and design systems.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high code quality.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across browsers and devices.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.

• Participate in architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of DSK Labs’ front-end stack.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications.

• Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and ecosystem tools.

• Proficiency with React Hooks, component libraries (e.g., MUI, shadcn/ui), and SSR/CSR considerations.

• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Zustand/Redux, and React Query is a plus.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating front-end with back-end services.

• Solid grasp of testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and CI/CD workflows.

• Familiarity with design systems, Figma, and responsive design principles.

• Experience in performance optimization and accessibility (WCAG compliance).

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Nice to Have

• Experience with monorepos, micro-frontends, or large-scale app architecture.

• Knowledge of DevOps or infrastructure (e.g., Vercel, Docker).

• Background in mentoring, technical leadership, or system design.
