Position: UX Designer
Location: Remote / On-site (Hybrid as needed)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user experience (UX) processes and implement improvements in existing systems.

• Develop user-centric design solutions for products, websites, or mobile applications.

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to integrate insights into design processes.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize concepts.

• Perform usability testing and A/B testing to measure and optimize user experience.

• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends to deliver innovative and modern design solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Prepare documentation related to user experience and track project progress at all stages.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.

• Familiarity with user research, persona creation, and usability testing processes.

• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork abilities.

• Good command of English (preferred).
