This policy defines the handling of intellectual property on the UDAO platform. It covers course materials, user content, and brand elements. Our goal is to protect the rights of creators while fostering a creative and innovative environment.
Intellectual property includes all copyrighted works, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual creations shared on the platform.
Course Materials and User Content refer to all teaching and learning resources, articles, discussion posts, and other content created and shared by users on UDAO.
Brand elements refer to the logos, brand names, and other distinctive marks of UDAO.
The UDAO platform allows users to share their intellectual property in the form of course materials and other content. The following principles apply:
UDAO employs a number of measures to protect the intellectual property of users and to ensure compliance with copyright guidelines:
Users who suspect an infringement of their intellectual property on UDAO can report this to customer service using a provided form or by email. The report should contain sufficient information to investigate the case, including details of the content concerned and proof of ownership.
Upon receipt of a report, UDAO will investigate the matter. If a violation is found, measures such as the removal of the affected content, suspension of the responsible user account, or other appropriate sanctions may be taken.
Users whose content has been removed or who are affected by sanctions have the right to appeal. UDAO provides a process for reviewing such cases to ensure that decisions are made fairly and in accordance with the platform's policies.
