Refund Policy

1. Introduction

We want you to be completely satisfied with Udao! Therefore, all refundable courses purchased from Udao can be refunded within 30 days, provided the conditions of our refund policy are met. Certain restrictions apply to refunds and some purchases may only be refundable in the form of UDAO. You can find more detailed information about our refund policy below.

2. Our 30-Day Refund Policy

Our 30-day refund policy allows our participants to enroll in courses without any risk. However, we also need to protect our instructors from fraud and provide them with a reasonable payment period. Our instructors are paid after 30 days, therefore refund requests received after this period cannot be honored.

3. Reasons for Refusing a Refund

We reserve the right to limit or refuse refund requests at our sole discretion if, in our opinion, they are being abused, for example in the following cases:

  • The participant has already consumed or downloaded a significant portion of the course content prior to requesting a refund.
  • The participant has requested multiple refunds for the same course.
  • The participant has requested an excessive number of refunds.
  • The user's account or course access has been blocked due to a violation of our Terms of Use or Trust & Safety policies.

These restrictions on refunds will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you in the form of UDAO, provided the criteria of our 30-day refund policy are met.

4. Refund of Bundles Purchased via a Third-Party Provider or an External Provider

As the payment for the bundle was processed by the respective third-party provider, this transaction is not in our system and therefore cannot be refunded by us. You would therefore need to contact the provider directly for a refund. Udao does not have the information needed to verify or process these refund requests.
