1. Introduction

At Udao, we strive to create a learning environment that is safe, respectful, and welcoming. There are certain topics that are not allowed on our platform as they may be perceived as inappropriate, hurtful, offensive, or not in line with Udao's values and principles. This policy clearly sets out what is considered inappropriate content.

2. Sexuality

Explicitly sexual content or content that indirectly refers to sexual activity is not permitted. This includes courses or materials that provide instruction on sexual performance or sexual techniques. Content relating to reproductive health or intimate relationships must not contain explicit or subliminal sexual content.

• Not permitted:
  1. Instructions on seduction or sex techniques.
  2. Content about sex toys.
• Allowed:
  1. Courses on safe sex and STD prevention.
  2. Content about consent and communication in relationships.
  3. Sociological or psychological reflections on human sexuality.

3. Depiction of Nudity and Clothing

Nudity is only permitted if it is essential for an artistic, medical, or scientific topic. Clothing in courses should be appropriate and there should be no unnecessary emphasis on unclothed body parts.

• Not allowed:
  1. Erotic photography or nude yoga.
  2. Body art with a focus on nudity.
• Allowed:
  1. Courses on art and nude drawing.
  2. Anatomical illustrations for educational purposes.
  3. Medical images or demonstrations.

4. Dating and Relationships

Content that focuses on attraction, flirting, or “hooking up” is not permitted. Courses on long-term relationships must comply with Udao guidelines, especially with regard to sexuality and discriminatory language.

• Not allowed:
  1. Content that promotes stereotypical gender roles or teaches seduction techniques.
• Allowed:
  1. Courses on couples therapy or improving relationships.
  2. Content that focuses on building self-confidence for dating.

5. Weapons

Instruction in the manufacture, handling, or use of firearms or compressed air weapons is not permitted. Courses relating to weapons must comply with all Udao guidelines, particularly those relating to violence and assault.

• Permitted:
  1. Self-defense courses that include disarmament techniques.

6. Violence and Bodily Harm

Content that promotes dangerous activities or behavior that may impair health or cause injury is prohibited. The glorification of violence or incitement to violence will not be tolerated.

• Not permitted:
  1. Content that promotes self-harm, substance abuse, or unsafe body weight practices.
  2. Courses that incite excessive aggression or violence.
• Allowed:
  1. Martial arts classes that focus on self-defense and physical fitness.
  2. Addiction counseling and treatment programs.

7. Discriminatory Language or Ideas

Content or behavior that promotes discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation is not permitted on our platform.

8. Unlawful or Unethical Behavior

Content must comply with all applicable laws of the respective country. Activities that are illegal in many jurisdictions may also be prohibited, even if they are legal in the country of the content provider.

• Not allowed:
  1. Courses relating to the consumption or production of cannabis.
  2. Instructions for illegal hacking or for circumventing software licenses.
  3. Content relating to the use of the dark web for illegal activities.
• Allowed:
  1. Ethical hacking or cybersecurity courses that focus on protection from online threats.

9. False or Misleading Information

Content that is intentionally misleading or promotes ideas that contradict scientifically recognized concepts is not permitted.

• Not allowed:
  1. Courses that oppose vaccinations or promote conspiracy theories.
  2. Content that promotes unverifiable methods of money manifestation or similar concepts.
